30-day money-back guarantee

Stoq offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will help you initiate the refund.

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Recurring subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals. For refunds of recent renewal charges outside the 30-day window, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis together with Paddle.
